The terms for using ListingBrain and reviewing AI-generated listing visuals.
The service
ListingBrain creates a starting point for product gallery images and A+ Content. The standard set contains 7 gallery images and 5 A+ modules. Features and limits depend on the selected model and package. Generation time varies with the product, service queue and provider availability.
Your account and uploads
Use an account you control. You must own or have permission to use uploaded images, product information, logos, trademarks and any person’s likeness. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, sexual exploitation, hateful or fraudulent content, or attempt to bypass allowances and security controls.
Output and intellectual property
As between you and ListingBrain, you retain your rights in your inputs. You may use the output for your business subject to your package, applicable law and the AI provider’s terms. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. We cannot grant rights to third-party brands, people or material appearing in an output.
Human review is required
Verify every product detail, dimension, claim, spelling and image before publication. Do not use unsupported medical claims, rankings, discounts, competitor comparisons or certifications. Amazon’s requirements vary by category and marketplace. You remain responsible for product safety, legal compliance and Amazon approval. ListingBrain does not guarantee increased sales or acceptance by Amazon.
Payments and credits
Checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy. The package, price, currency, tax treatment, allowance and any renewal terms shown at checkout govern your purchase. Starter Lite is a one-time pack, not a subscription. Do not assume credits renew unless your checkout explicitly says so. See the Refund & Credits Policy before purchasing.
Availability and problems
AI services can fail or produce inaccurate results. Save exports you need and report missing, failed or unusable results to support. Do not restart an uncertain generation repeatedly; check your recent project first to avoid spending another allowance.
Limits and changes
We may suspend abuse, unlawful use or attempts to harm the service. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Material changes to these terms will be posted here.
