Email support@listingbrain.app. For a generation problem, include your project ID, account email and a short description. For billing, include your Lemon Squeezy order reference. Never send passwords, API keys or card details.
Privacy and account deletion
Use “Privacy request” in the subject for access, export or account deletion. Send the request from the account address so we can verify ownership. Browser drafts can also be removed by clearing site data in your browser.
Security or incidents
Use “Security report” for suspected unauthorized access, leaked data or abuse. Describe what happened without including anyone else’s sensitive data. We do not publish a guaranteed response time or a public uptime promise.
