Privacy Policy
How ListingBrain handles your account, product references and generated images.
What we collect
Google sign-in provides your account identifier, email, name and profile image. We process the product photos, Amazon links, product details, prompts and generated assets you choose to use. Technical logs and rate-limit records help protect the service. Never upload confidential information or personal images you do not need for the listing.
How information is used
We use account information to authenticate you, isolate projects, manage allowances and provide support. Product inputs are used to import facts, prepare a creative brief and generate or edit images. Payment records help reconcile purchases and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Hosting and private object storage use Cloudflare. Google provides sign-in and the Gemini image service for Pro generation. The Free model uses Cloudflare Workers AI. Amazon imports use Bright Data. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout and payment records; ListingBrain does not receive your full card details. A provider may process data outside your country under its own applicable terms and safeguards.
Generated asset links
Some generated outputs currently use non-expiring asset links. Anyone who receives one may be able to open it. Avoid confidential product material and contact support to request removal. Account project and uploaded-photo routes require authentication, but that does not make every exported asset link private.
Storage and retention
Drafts and generated previews may remain in this browser, including IndexedDB, until you clear them. Account projects, uploads, credit records and import caches also use server storage. Amazon import results are cached for up to 24 hours for reuse; that cache lifetime is not a promise that all provider records are erased then. We do not promise automatic deletion of every project after 30 days. Contact support to request deletion; accounting, security and dispute records may need to be retained where required by law.
AI processing
Images and product text are sent to the provider used for the selected model. We do not promise zero retention or that every provider has disabled training without a verified provider agreement. Avoid sending sensitive personal information. Review the current Google, Cloudflare and Bright Data privacy terms before submitting confidential product material.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and complain to a data protection authority. California residents may also request information about collection and applicable deletion or correction rights. Email support@listingbrain.app from your account address with “Privacy request”. We verify account ownership before acting. You can download generated assets in Studio and clear browser storage yourself.
Security and contact
